Take time to stop the chatter…meditate
I have to say this has been one of the biggest challenges in my life. Stopping the chatter in my brain. I always have something I think about… I want to do …or create …or complete. When I sit down in the morning with my husband to meditate, that is the time I realize how very hard it is to stop the chatter. But when I get to that place known as the gap for even a brief moment, where there is nothing but quiet and peace, it is so wonderful. Granted I only get there a few seconds at a time but I figure in time I can quiet the chatter bit by bit. So if you have never tried meditation it is worth the trip.
